Chris Brown could be forced to hand over some of his property empire after debt made from a previous investment.
The US singer took a loan out to buy two fast food branches of Popeyes.
Last year, City National Bank in Georgia filed a lawsuit against Brown after claims that he hadn’t paid the loan.
Brown, and a few others, took out the loan which also included US rapper and producer The-Dream.
However, despite the loan being granted their plans never came to a head.

Earlier this week, BNN reported that an LA court has now ordered the 34-year-old singer to settle the bill of $1,760,654.11.
Documents obtained by the publication state he has 30 days to respond to the judgment, or he will have to give up his possessions as an alternative to not paying.
This may include giving up his $4.3 million ‘smart house’ Tarzana, LA property which is home to 16 security cameras. But that’s not all; it also features a three-car garage and a 10-car motor court.
Another property the singer owns is a beachside retreat in Barbados for which he paid a mighty $22 million. The mansion stands at 10,000 square feet.
Chris Brown is worth a reported $50 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
The filing states: “This court may order that a writ of execution or other enforcement may issue. Your wages, money, and property could be taken without further warning from the court.
“If enforcement procedures have already been issued, the property levied on will not be distributed until 30 days after you are served with this notice.”
According to reports, the bank has made several attempts to get back the loan.
The lawsuit adds: “As of February 17, 2023, Borrower and Guarantors owe $2,140,901.74 in unpaid principal and interest.”
However, this isn’t the only claim against the singer. Brown is currently negotiating a $71 million dog attack case filed by his former housekeepers.
Brown’s legal team asked the Los Angeles Superior Court to push back the trial date from September 2023 to December 2023 in a court document revealed.
According to a report by PEOPLE, Patricia Avila claims that one of the singer’s dogs attacked her sister while they were looking after his house in 2020.
Brown’s dog, which is a Caucasian Ovcharka, allegedly growled at her sister and “proceeded to viciously attack” her.
