This is new multi-layer wear protection PVD coating is specific for cutting hard steel and stainless steel. It is very favorable response speed and high feed rate.
The HSS Steam-treated saw blades are supplied as standard in high speed steel grade M42 = DIN 1.3243 (With Cobalt inside).
This coating guarantees very good results while cutting with micro-atomization and elevated cutting parameters thanks to its low friction coefficient. Coating thickness is 3 um.
