1985 Blue Angels US Navy Pilots brochure.  Taken at Cape Canaveral NASA Vertical Assembly Building, photo shows Angels in flight and signed by:

Bill Campbell
There is also a signature on the photo of all the pilots in front of the plane but I can't make out who it is for certain.  Looks like is says Curt.  Good condition with no tears or stains.
