This is a NEW - Old Stock Advertising Promo for KOOL AID from the 1970's.
Never used ! .... but does show some dirt from storage.
This is a hard to find item.  It was made to tie on bicycle handles.
Measures 7 x 7 with a 2-1/2" gusset.... plus ties.
