Offering a unique antique ribbon labelled W.H. Selwood Hose Co No 3 - Fort Plain NY 1891. Rare piece of firefighting history.
Sold as-found and I do not have any additional information on the history of this item
Measures approximately 2" by 5 1/2"
Condition: Ribbon has a torn off upper edge and fraying / damage on the upper and lower edges. Upper portion is attached by 1 very brittle thread and will likely separate in transit (assume it is separated when purchasing). There are additional tears in the ribbon and some creases / bends (does not lay flat). Overall, still a nice piece despite the damage.
