Offering a unique antique ribbon labelled as Fountain Hose Co - Hamilton NY. Great piece of firefighting history!
Appears to be 1800s era but sold as-found and I do not have any additional information on the history of this item
Measures approximately 2 1/2" by 7 3/4" at widest points
Condition: Ribbon is heavily stained and discolored and the lettering is largely worn away. There is some fraying along the edges and some damage to the metal fringe on the bottom edge. Sold as-is and may be missing a pin or other hardware. Overall, still a very nice piece and a rare find despite the damage.
