The Biotek Synergy H1 is a high throughput, multiple detection microplate reader built on high performance, modular platform with a flexible monochromator. This robust multimode plate reader uses a quadruple grating optics allowing for excitation and emission wavelength to be stepped in 1 nm increments.  The Biotek Synergy H1 can read in Absorbance (UV/Vis), Full light Luminescence and top and bottom Fluorescence Intensity as well as Time-Resolved Fluorescence. This MultiMode Plate Reader is ideally suited for a wide variety of research assays such as cell-based, biomarker, micro-volume analysis of nucleic acid and protein, as well as kinetic assays.
