These are from the CALIFORNIA AND HAWAIIAN SUGAR REFINING CORPORATION of San Francisco.. These measure 11 1/2 inches X 21 inches and 14 1/2 inches X 8 1/2 inches... The larger bag has the year 1939 printed on it, and the smaller has the year 1934. They have typical vintage edge and corner wear. Not mint but gently treated and a tough find!
