    You are looking at a NASCAR Dale Earnhardt Jr. collector's plaque. It features an autographed photo of Dale Earnhardt Jr. standing on his car, celebrating his First Grand National Victory on April 4, 1998. It is autographed and is a LIMITED EDITION 0883 of 10,000.
    There is surface scratching to the plastic covering the picture, with minimal scratches to the edges of the plaque.
