Global shipping program customers will have to pay whatever additional shipping fees to your country that Ebay charges for the Global shipping program.
I will not ship any items to a US Protectorate Territory as these territories fall outside the global shipping program and come up as a United States address.  Due to the increased USPS costs it is too expensive to ship to these outlying territories, sorry.
Please note Ebay sales made in the following US States will have to pay state sales tax upon purchase:
Alabama, Connecticut, Iowa, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Washington
state.  New states are being added to the list of states requiring state sales tax on internet transactions, so I know there are already additional states to this list.  It's up to you as the buyer to know if your state is charging state sales tax on internet transactions to know if it will apply on your purchase or not.
This state sales tax will be added upon purchase due to new tax laws that went into effect January 1st, 2019.
I do not collect any of that sales tax, Ebay does and it gets distributed to the appropriate states.
Orders may be combined to the same buyer.
I am centrally located in the United States (Colorado) so shipping is usually relatively quick. I ship packages the next day and try to get your item to you as quickly as I can.

Paypal is my accepted method of payment but I believe Paypal allows all kinds of credit cards to be used now to make purchases as well.
So I do accept credit card payments assuming Paypal allows payment with them.
