ARTIFACT:
This is a large, early (1891) parade ribbon for the Goodwill Fire Company No. 1 of Florida, New York. The pink and blue ribbon has two tiers with gold bullion fringe.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1891.
SIZE:
Approximately 7-7/8” in height and 2-5/8” in width.
CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS:
Silk, gold bullion fringe, gilt brass.
ATTACHMENT:
Horizontal safety-style pin on bar.
