    Frito Lay No Buddy can eat just one! 3” pinback - vintage 1968
    Buddy Hackett was chosen to replace the late Bert Lahr in March of 1968 to be the new spokesman for Lay’s potato chips. This pin back was given to the Frito Lay sales force to introduce Buddy as the new spokesman. In the late 60’s the number of Frito Lay salesman was still relatively small. I have no idea how many of these were handed out to the salesman but I have not seen one listed anywhere for sale. The pin has been safely stored for many years and is in great shape for a 50+ year old collectible. Very nice. Edition to any collection.
