    The booklet includes tips on home freezing: how to freeze foods, package foods, and cook frozen foods as well as several illustrations. The booklet is marked “rev 8/63” and includes an introductory message from
    Joan Adams
    of the
    Institute for Better Living!
    It is a 36 page softcover booklet measuring about 8½” x 5½”. As shown in the photos, the booklet is in excellent condition for its age with very little cover wear. The only writing is “1975” marked on its front cover. The booklet is complete and remains securely stapled from its cover to its centerfold. It has nice bright pages with no writing, creases, rips or tears. This vintage American Motors Food Freezing booklet would make a great addition to your collection!
