JASCO J-815 Circular Dichroism (CD / FDCD) Fluorescence Detected Measurement System. It has equipped with PFD-425 Peltier-Controlled Thermo-stated Single Cell Holder (size:10 mm X 10 mm) and CD/simultaneous Fluorescence capability which enables temperature control using the temperature control program with the addition of a 90˚port to allow simultaneous detection of Total Fluorescence, Scanning Emission Fluorescence as well as Fluorescence Detected CD(FDCD). This J-815 CD is controlled by Windows-7 O/S based CD program. --
