    About the exhibition:
Many of the Vatican's supreme art treasures are represented in the unprecedented exhibition. These works are drawn not only from the Vatican Museums, but from Saint Peter's and its Treasury, the Apostolic Palaces, and the Vatican Library. The exhibit illustrates the entire history of papal patronage and collecting―the single longest and most influential collecting tradition in the Western world. The objects range from ancient Greek vases and sculptures to modern works by Henri Matisse and André Derain. Ever since the founding of Saint Peter's, about 320, popes have commissioned, preserved, and acquired works art.
Both banners rescued by ex AIC employee. Hand cleaned and stored rolled up for 35 years. In Good Condition. Shows wear.
Photos in the gallery are of the actual used banner you will receive. Stock photos in the gallery of the front of AIC are examples of places these banners were hung.
These would look great in a loft or long hallway or office space. Glad to answer questions.
