    Description

    This rare small company bottle is a new Maine estate find. This 1 quart bottle has the original  paper label on the front that says; Mission Breakfast Grape, Rich in Vitamin C, Bottled by Mission Orange Bottling Co. Sprague Bros.- Tel. 404- Machias, Maine. 2 Milligrams Vitamin C per Fluid Ounce
    Also in small print is says, "This product contains Pure Grape Juice, to which has been added artificial color, flavor, sugar, double filtered water and less than 1/10 of one percent of Benzoate of Soda. Chill and Shake Well Before Using."
    There are no chips or cracks in the glass. The cover has light wear showing. The label has some very light discoloration (water stains?), but no rips or tears in the paper.
    I am guessing on the age of this item only by the telephone number(404) listed on the label. I have not found any information on the Sprague Bros. or the Mission Orange Bottling Co.
