    A September 7, 1931 photo of a Fire Dept Engineer, Niethammer Day pinback.  The back paper indicates the pinback was made by the
    Keystone Badge Co., Reading, Pa.
    The pinback is  in nice condition but the small US Flag attached below is partially torn.
    The pinback is 1 1/8 inches across in size.
