This item will ship USPA priority mail.  I sold my Harley after i retired and bought a Vespa for myself and my granddaughter.   I purchased the Velomacchi Backpack for each of us, however, i have never used mine.  She loves hers as she rides everywhere including going to college.  This backpack fits all her needs and keeps everything dry.
