- Original vintage Canadian Laurentide Potato Chips wrapper, a glassine envelope devised to accommodate an individual portion of this crunchy snack, a brand especially favoured in Québec, marketed by Laurentide Potato Chips Limited (HQ: Montréal), an enterprise subsequently absorbed by Old Dutch Foods Limited. The wrapper, contracted by Bradshaw’s Limited, c. late 1950s, measuring 3” by 5 5/8”, features the brand’s familiar graphics inspired by the Laurentian wilderness, the whole presented in a red and blue colour scheme, set on a natural base. A scarce, unused wrapper in virtually mint condition.
