    Description

This is a vintage unopened pack of Royal Miracle Aid from the 1960's, lemon flavor.  Made by Curtiss Candy Company, the same company that used to make Butterfinger and Baby Ruth candy bars.  We know this is an early packet, because it contains Calcium Cyclamate.  Cyclamate sweeteners, both calcium
    cyclamate
and sodium cyclamate were banned in food in the US in 1969.  If you search Google Images for "Royal
Miracle Aid", you can see stolen photos of mine that were taken on the plastic table in my back yard, showing similar packets I have previously sold.
The pitcher on the front of this packet looks similar to the smiling Kool Aid pitcher from the same time.  This packet is very difficult to find for sale.  I do not see any others with the smiling pitcher and containing cyclamate sweetener on eBay, either for sale, or that have sold.
    Miracle Aid packets are
    much more scarce than 1960's
    Kool Aid.  Interestingly, the
Curtiss Candy Company added the word "Royal" to their
Miracle Aid drink mix in the 1960's.  Before the 1960's, it was simply named
    "Miracle Aid".
The Royal name was not associated with Royal Gelatin.  This packet is 53+ years old.
Note there is no barcode on this item.  Bar codes did not appear until 1974.
This will be shipped between layers of cardboard to protect it from damage in shipping.  I combine shipping if you purchase more than one item, and I pass the postage savings on to you.
